Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your email mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox account you want to redirect mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
